Hi All,

Has anyone used TV tuner card or a video input device with imx31?
I am trying to use a tv tuner card with imx31. I want to know which tv tuner card i can use and the which driver and application i can use for it.

Hi,
I use a Video decoder (TVP5150) on my iMX27, and it works very fine !
I think the video input port is the same on iMX31

Hi,

I am using imx31L and trying to interface a USB2.0 tv tuner/ video input adapter.
Has anyone used USB2.0 tv tuner/ video input adapter? Any success with that?
I am planning to use hauppauge wintv usb2. has anybody used this?

TV-out interface to MX31L

Hi,

I am trying to get TV-out interface on MX31L. I am using FS453 daughter card for this purpose. I have done the electrical connections from MX31L to FS453 card. also there is a driver provided with the linux source for FS453. THe driver is able to detect the card through I2C. But i'm not getting any output from the card on display. I just got a default color bar and some flickering video out on display but it is not smooth and consistant.
Has anyone worked on this? Please help.

Did you already compile the drivers for the TV tuner card. I am also trying to use a USB TV tuner card from ATI/AMD but did not have much luck compiling the drivers for iMX27.

Are you using the standard BSP from freescale.
