Hello, I am improving an old design with the microprocessor MCF54416CMJ250. The main problem is that the SDRAM controller is only a 8-bit controller.

Are there any other microprocessor with the same characteristics and a 32-bit- SDRAM controller.

I am not sure that I got properly your question, you want to change the MCF54 for a device with SDRAM controller of 32 bit? if this is the case you can check the LPC546xx family or the K66 family both support for 8-, 16-, and 32-bit wide SDRAM blocks
