The EVBs don't have in-built debug interface, so you need external debug probe.

Low-end JTAG probes compatible with S32 Design Studio and CodeWarrior are:

In case of high-end devices, a lot of customers are using debugger and debug probes from www.lauterbach.com . Usually LA-3500 together with LA-2708. Of course, there are also other vendors.
