Basically NFC module can run autonomously, after it has been configured by host, to poll for card or remote reader while supplies (VBAT, VANT, PVDD) are kept and I2C interface is available. Indeed, when a detection occurs the host must be able to handle the notification and take action otherwise the NFC function will be locked until NFC module reset.

Hi,

I have used PN7150 module integrated with android Nougat 7.1.2

Followed below mentioned procedure provided by NXP.

GitHub - NXPNFCLinux/nxpnfc_android_pie: Android patches for support of PN7150 NCI based NXP NFC Controller in Pie

Now, The read functionality is working fine.

But, There is sleep and wake-up in the NFC module when the android device goes to sleep and wake-up.

Is it possible to maintain the nfc module always ON mode ? even the android device goes to sleep mode ?

Please provide the feedback as soon as possible, since our product is in critical situation.
