On Page 55 of the NTAG424 DNA TT document (465530 Rev 3.0) Table 37, it documents the usage of LenCap and PCDcap2.*.

However Figure 16 does not display where those values are used.

Is there a chance the documentation needs an adjustment?

I've just had a confirmation that you are correct. There is an issue with the command diagrams and LenCap and PCDCap2 are missing. Please find the correction in the next image:
