iOS support for Originality Signature reading and verification

Does iOS support Originality Signature reading in NTAG21x ICs ? if there is no direct command to do that, are there any methods to execute custom commands? I saw that iOS 13 supports custom commands for NFC type -v tags. Does it support custom commands for NFC type 2 tags (ISO14443) as well?
