NHS3152 ADCSP Setting Description

On the NHS3152 ADCSP (ADC set up) register, bit 0 is labeled as "ADOFFSETCAL" but description has a measurement refence voltage. Can you explain?

Plus should correspond to ADC input range setting. Can you explain how these two settings are to be aligned and why?

There isn't more information in the document @fangfang points us to. Can anyone at NXP comment more definitively?
