NFCのトピックNFC License Requirements

I am trying to identify what (if any) license requirements there are when using the PN7462 family, PN7150, or CLRC663 family as card readers and/or peer-to-peer devices. In the datasheet for each device it explicitly lists in the license section that the device comes with the right for use with ISO/IEC 14443 Type B software under Innovation's Contactless Card patents license. But it does NOT list ISO/IEC 14443 Type A in the licenses section. Does this fall under a separate license? If so, where can I get more information about this?

Similarly, the licenses section explicitly states that the ISO/IEC 18092 and 21481 are not licensed by this product. What licenses are required for those standards and where can I find more information about them?
