mutual authentication using rfid discover tool

i am using RFID DISCOVER application to read ICODE DNA tags using NXP pegoda 701 reader,

while doing mutual authentication ,authentication is always failing,

can i know the steps in selecting keys from key store manager to do mutual authentication.

note that i had written key perfectly and activated and locked the priviliges.

tell me the value from the store if my key 0: is written as 00112233445566778899aabbccddeeff.

Hope you are doing great, first it is important to mention that the information about this device is under NDA ( Non Disclosure Agreement) which means that all the information, tools and support should be delivered using secured communication channels and only to customers with active NDA. this is a public forum where we should not talk about this products confidential information, my recommendation would be that you follow first the common path for Icode families, which is send Inventory command > Select > then start the authentication process that An368111 - AN11808 in section 4 of his document.
