66301 Chip question

I am looking to understand exactly what chip this is and if it is the same class as the CLRC633. What are the differences?

Hi Eric,

Yes, it is also CLRC663, but not plus version, the plus is CLRC66303, and it provides the following features comparing with CLRC663:

--Provides larger temperature range.
--Provides higher ITVDD range.
--Provides improved LPCD.

and they are pin to pin compatible.
