Issue was with IC placement on our custom board.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We removed the IC and replaced it .it works now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;New Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="color: #51626f; background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px;"&gt;I am building my application on Door access application which works with 5V(VBUS )power supply in EVM board.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="color: #51626f; background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px;"&gt;This application does not work for 3.3v in EVM board.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="color: #51626f; background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px;"&gt;we have made changes according to UM10883 for 3.3 and 5v system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="color: #51626f; background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="color: #51626f; background-color: #ffffff; border: 0px;"&gt;Any particular changes to be made in software or hardware?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sanath Rai&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
