Cannot change Access Rights

Hello :smileyhappy:

I have an NTAG 424 tag and seem to be having a problem changing access rights with TagXplorer.

When experimenting, I changed access rights on all 4 accesses (read, write, R/W, change) to 0F. No matter what I try, I now cannot change any of them back to any other key.

When I try, i get either ERROR 919D or 917E.

Appreciate any help.

Which reader for your application? And please kindly provide the steps. Then I may replicate the phenomenon for it.

Hello.

My reader is an Identiv uTrust 3700 F.

I can't remember the exact steps I took to get to this state, but essentially I would have changed the file management settings access rights on all access keys to 0F (read, write, R/W, change).

Now if I click authenticate, verification is successful, but then if I go to change file settings - and switch any of the access rights to a new key - I get the above error when clicking 'change file settings'.
