How to read NFC ISO14443-4, IsoDep NfcB card UID?

Hi,

I'm use the NXP NPC100 to read NFC card,

I can read the UID by ADPU FF CA 00 00 00,

but the ISO14443-4, IsoDep NfcB card fail to read,

and it return the error code 6987.

Is there another APDU to read UID?

Or need some data struct?
