I'm trying to program TT_MESSAGE page 2Dh. What MOBILE application can I use to do this? I have both TagWriter and TagInfo for NXP. I don't know how to do this and need help.

The data sheet I was looking at is NT2H1311TT for NTAG 213TT.

I am looking for a MOBILE application to program these tags. Android/IOS.

Is there a MOBILE application that I can download to do this?

TagXplorer is the recommended one for that. Nevertheless TagWriter for Android offers to configure some of the features for NTAG 213 TT in the link section (please find image attached).
