I very detailed checked PCB soldering and there is no shorts. I use other older MIFARE chips without any problem and I've never burn it on PCB.

Where should I look firstly for problems : hardware / software ? What could be the reason?

I noticed that powerdown signal is very sensitive and when stay not connected it quickly leads to damage.

Regards

Zbigniew Kalisiak
