NHS3100 Android Rejected Error

I want to send a configuration to a nhs3100 1724.18 Tag but keep getting "Configuration rejected".

What could cause this error? The Android SW Version is v16...

You're likely hitting a known SW error in the Android APP that was solved in v17. Can you update the APP via the Google Play Store and try again?

thank you for your answer. The new SW Version is now v17 but I get still the same error. "Configuration rejected".

I don't recognize v1724.18 as an official build from SDK 10, 10.1 or 11. Can you try flashing an image which wa spre-built from the SDK and see if that works?

If still no success, can you provide me with the XML export of NXP's Tag Info Android app?

Where is the file located in the sdk that I need for flashing the firmware?

Is the issue resolved finally?

I also met the problem that the APP TLogger will get an error mesage "Configuration rejected. Retouch the tag and try again" after I clicked the button to send configuration to tag.

My app version is V15.

I would advise updating te APP to the latest version. Do you get this error all the time, or only from time to time, when e.g. the connection is not stable?
