Hi Marianne,

maybe this link is useful:

https://xamoom.com/en/

xamoom is a location CMS featuring NFC, QR codes and other identification technologies.

As far as I understand, they place NFC enabled stickers at different location, each NFC is personalized with an individual NDEF message containing an URL.

Example: NFC sticker 1 has the URL: www.yourserver.com/location/1

NFC sticker 2 has: www.yourserver.com/location/2

Once a smartphone reads the sticker, it opens the address on the smartphone (in order to provide individual content related to the sticker) and in background your server registers the access to sticker 1 or sticker 2, respectively.

Christian.

I'd like to know how I can track usage of our NFC tags. We have attached NFC to products, and want to be able to tell where and when people have used them. We program the NFCs to lead to a url, and when programming an NFC we can add a UID at the end of the url. So we can tell how many views we get of the url anyway, but we don't know if these users have come via NFC. We'd also like to know which NFC that person used, on which product and in which store location.

Is there a way we can track NFC usage?

Thank you - your help would be much appreciated
