&lt;P&gt;At present, the public information does not provide the MTBF / FIT / failure rate values for PN7150. But I would say that PN7150 is currently marked as Not Recommended for New Designs (NRND) by NXP.Therefore, it is not suitable for new projects that require reliability assessments such as MTBF/FIT. It is recommended to use new devices like PN7160 instead.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
