&lt;P&gt;It seems a debug tool issue, one similar case discussed here.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Cannot connect to PN7642A</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to test&amp;nbsp;PN7642A, but when I connected like the image below, it returned error "RESET (pin 15) high, but should be low. Please check target hardware".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I hope somebody of you can help me!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
