Hi,

Is the Raspberry pi Official 7 inch LCD compatible with NavQ? Can you also specify any adapter for external supply to the NavQ with connected peripherals (keyboard, etc.)?

Emcraft have a 7" LCD that has been tested with NavQ.
Technically many other displays can be made to work, but they have not been tested or had the settings configured for them.

For powering external peripherals - beyond what the on board USB-C power supply can handle - you can use a powered USB hub. That will offload the power of a keyboard and mouse to the powered hub adapter.

If you are asking how to power the NavQ, then you can use a USB-C input for power. or apply up to 20V on the power input connector header.
