Hi, I have just created example code based on approach I have already described in the link mentioned by you:

Example MPC5744P 1b+2b_RAM_ECC_error_injection GHS714

This approach could be possible to use for RAM error injection on MPC5746C. Flash errors does not need to be injected as there are prepared faulty patterns in UTEST area. Error injection module is not present on MPC5746C device.

Hi everyone,

I am developing ECC feature on MPC5744C and getting confusion when trying to create a ECC fake fault (ECC injection) for testing.

At here, davidtosenovjan‌ suggested that can inject via EIM but I couldn't found the same module in MPC5746C. My question is:

- Is there EIM module supported on MPC5746C chip?

- If EIM was not supported, Are there any alternative way to inject ECC on this chip?

Thanks,

Tung Dao.
