QUESTIONS RELATED TO FCCU OF MPC56434L

Hi,

I am studying the FCCU module of MPC5643L. I have a doubt. What is the difference between RCC AND RCCU? Why there are 2 RCC in FCCU? Is there any relation between error correction control and FCCU? I mean whether the errors are related to the faults in the FCCU? Also how it functions when the operation mode is LSM?

RCC is portion of FCCU module checking FCCU functionality itself:

RCCU is redundancy checker (on some other places called RC) checking replicated content in certain points (core, DMA, PBRIDGE, XBAR, SRAM and FLASH) - it is related to lock-step mode:

Also there is a mode called supervisor mode and user-level mode. Can you explain how they are classified and is there any possibility to switch between these two modes?

I suppose you mean ECC or ECSM module.
