MCAL license error

Hi,
I'm trying to download MCAL AUTOSAR 4.0.3. for MPC574x
(https://nxp.flexnetoperations.com/control/frse/download?element=8079447)

However, I faced with the error message in license tab like below. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

I'm not familiar to use NXP support service but the link is to create a case.

Did you mean to create the case to resolve this issue?

To be honest, I created the issue, Case 00093414, already.

It has been over a week to open the issue but there is no answer yet.

Is there something I missed?

Please let me know.

Yes, I meant to create a case. Let me check what happened with 00093414. I will let you know later...

Yes. Please support to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The project schedule is extremely tight but this causes our schedule delay.
