Hi,

I'm interested in the CPU Self Test and asked how I can get some information.

I got a response where I can download information for that as follows:

At the topic of "Power Architecture e200 Core Self Test Software", it looks I can download some information for Core Self Test. But, when I click this link, it always directs to my account.

Could you have a look at what is problem for this?

Also, let me know how I can get the information of catid=SWE200-CST002E, please.

You have to sign in in order to download it.

After you sign in this page will display:

And if you agree you will get into download page:

If you can't get it after sign in, there can be an issue with your NXP account. (I can check that)
