    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is quite simple.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You just didn't understand what ECC logic check means.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is testing ECC logic physically (HW mechanism) not ECC fault reporting. This is required from ISO to meet desired safety level.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ECC faults check/correction is done via ECC mechanism -&amp;gt; then reported to other modules like ECSM or FCCU. Depends on used microcontroller. There you can find faulty address and type of fault.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;A class="jx-jive-macro-user" href="https://community.nxp.com/people/petervlna"&gt;petervlna&lt;/A&gt;‌&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your advice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked the FCCU chapter in the MPC5777CRM.pdf to check the ECC fault from 0x00000000~0x0003FFFF, but it i was complex &amp;nbsp;for me to use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I tried to use ERM to detect the ECC fault, but the ECC fault in the area didn't look to be detected by ERM.
