Question about Core self test for MPC5674F

Dear NXP.

recently, I received a evaluation stack for a core selt test of MPC5674F from NXP.

I am very grateful to NXP.

but, i could't run this stack becuase a LCF file that i made is not valid.

The program executes an unintended memory address.

Could you provide an sample LCF file or setup guidelines ?
