      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can use Fake fault inject via Noncritical Fault Fake (FCCU_NCFF) to trigger fault.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enable the fault in FFCU_NCFEx register and set no reaction on this fault in NCFS_CFGx register. Then inject the fault.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
