Hi,

it is not clear to me - do you want to develop own JTAG interface? Or do you use JTAG probe from PEmicro together with CodeWarrior?

If you want to develop own JTAG interface, it is not so easy. Take a look at this application note for more details:

http://www.nxp.com/files/32bit/doc/app_note/AN4365.pdf

If you want to use some kind of JTAG interface (like from PEmicro), which one? And which SW/debugger do you use?

Regards,

Lukas
