The test consists of software reading from the flash memory UTest area (see&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"UTEST flash memory map" table in the "Memory map" chapter of the MPC5744P&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reference Manual). a set of test patterns to test the integrity of the ECC logic fault&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;reporting path to the MEMU and FCCU (executed at start-up, latent failure measure).&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;question:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; is this means:&amp;nbsp; we can write some data into utest &amp;nbsp;region (0x00400040-0x00400060), rading it back and check the fccu or memu flag ? &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; if this is not right, please tell me how can i check flash ecc failure report path,&amp;nbsp; thanks !&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not exactly. It is not needed to write any data to UTEST region, they are already pre-prepared there from factory (moreover UTEST region is one-time-programmable and already programmed).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just prepared example code here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.nxp.com/docs/DOC-333754"&gt;https://community.nxp.com/docs/DOC-333754&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
