Hi,

I'm using the MPC5777M with its evaluation board and MPC5777M-512DS Adapter.

I would like to use the external memory on MPC5777M-512DS Adapter which is an SRAM (NXP information on web site) but I have some difficulties with the configuration.

When I watch the EBI memory zone with Lauterbach, I only see 0xFFFFFFFF. It seems to be a FLASH memory.

Where can I find documentation about the MPC5777M-512DS Adapter for the MPC5777M target?

I would like to verify:

Memory implemented
Pinout configuration

If someone have an exemple of EBI configuration for this target, I will appreciate.

MPC5777M-512DS has installed two flash memories thus information provided by web summary is incorrect.

Apparently the only public documentation for this mini-module is schematic you can download here:
