qadc in continuous mode

I am trying to use QADC attached to DMA in continuous mode. I can use in them in Software Single Scan by trigerring the QADC in software.

When I set the QADC mode to continuous scan software mode, even it is armed by the EDAM it does not start executing the commands meaning that

it does not get triggerred.

How do you trigger the QADC in continuous scan software mode?

note: I use MPC5554 and MPc56644a.

CFIFO starts automatically after being configured into this mode (Continuous Scan Software Triggered).

I would recommend to use other CFIFO (for instance CFIFO1) for initial ADC configuration, trigger it by single scan, wait for EOQ flag and then use CFIFO that is being used with continuous mode (for instance CFIFO0). Conversion starts automatically.

Thanks for the reponse. I managed to get it running. I was initially set it to single scan then to continuou scan. I think the first single scan setting was blocking the QADC to move into continuous scan mode.

It seems working.

I confirm by understanding from your response too. Thanks.

I am planning to put the project for other people who donot have any experience with MPC5xxx.
