&lt;P&gt;what can you see on an oscilloscope? I can see that PCS configuration is not correct:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;PCSB are primary functions but PA field here is set to 0. Isn't that caused rather by the chip select?&lt;/P&gt;
