Actually, no requirements for device and autosar standards.

I have just check SPC5777C, which has eTPU module, but it is not implemented in its MCAL.

S32K396 is not officially released, but it will contain RTD with eTPU support.

I have found some code on nxp’s official website. A few days ago, the MCAL of S32K3 with eTPU has been available on the official website.Thank you so much.
