When I was trying to install the "CodeWarrior for MPC55xxMPC56xx v2.10.exe", I cannot install it with admin mode, it always show the wizard was interrupted before Code Warrior ....could be complete:

You will need to use winXP emulator on your PC to get it running,

Not sure which SDK you have in mind. As far as I know there was only MCAL drivers.
