Hello,
What are the differences between MPC555LFAZP40 & MPC555LFMVR40?
What limitations exist in using the 2nd PN as a substitute for the 1st?

MPC5xx devices can be found on pages 4 and 5. Package designator description is missing on this page but you can check next page for MPC55xx devices, you can see that ‘ZP’ was used for SNPB version, ‘VR’ for PB-FREE version (these two versions were available).

In case of MPC555LFAZP40 & MPC555LFMVR40 - both devices contains the same silicon mask set 2K62N, so there are no functional differences. The difference is in temperature range and in SNPB / PB-FREE package.
