Dear NXP Team,

Unfortunately, my license for the S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture elapses in a few weeks. Do I have a chance for renewal? What would I have to do?

This is the license info from the dialog Help/NXP Licenses/Details:

Thanks for taking care!

I can see my list of license with expiration date (Nov 8, 2023 for the S32DS PA) but I have absolutely no idea how to proceed. There is no element I could click or choose for license renewal. The only thing I can do with a license in the list is showing the details.

So what should I actually do?

Hello,

You will wait for expiration and then request new one in that web page license tab.

Thanks a lot: I reveived the prolongation of my license via an individual request (issue) in the support area of the forum.

A collegue of yours has suggested by email to open a ticket in the support area of the forum. I did so and it was handled by prolonging my license. After that feedback, the button Refresh in the license details in S32DS worked fine - the displayed expiration date moved by about four yeras. Thanks a lot!
