If the program is not protected via censorship, you simply connect JTAG to JTAG pins of micro and do dump of SW.

This is internal version of chip designed for specific customers.

Since you don't have a documentation I expect you are not one of them.

The documentation is not public for simple purpose - to prevent reverse engineering.

In case you are one of those customers, please contact your NXP FAE/sales, he can provide you with such documentation or application support.
