MPC5125YVN400, parts purchased from disty, we found some soldering flux under BGA ball, is it normal? All other testing is all fine. Please help advise if it is okay to use on board.

Could you please specify further details? What you say is related to blank new unmounted MCU?

Yes, brand new purchased MCU of MPC5125YVN400, but we found some soldering flux underneath the BFA balls. Could you please assist to take a look at below photo. Is it normal? MPC5125YVN400.png
