Hi,

looks like we somehow corrupted our SPC5748GHK0AMMN6 while erasing.

Erasing took very long respectively hung.

We interrupted the process.

Now it aborts during verifying.

Inteface used: JTAG

Is there some kind of recovery tool or another trick to recover?

Hello,

Unfortunately you have most probably bricked the chip.

Interrupted erasing most probably caused multibit ECC errors in HSM flash region which is considered as side attack to device.

Measure the reset line after power on reset by scope. If device is always in reset, then you need new chip. But, if it toggles, then you can recover.
