Hi, please contact Segger support to know whether this MCU is supported:

https://www.segger.com/

I haven't found it on their web.

From NXP side, following board has OSJTAG on-board what cheapest solution for downloading the SW to the MCU:

https://www.nxp.com/design/development-boards/automotive-development-platforms/startertrak-platforms/startertrak-usb-development-system:TRK-USB-MPC5602P

I suppose your custom board has JTAG interface. In this case I would point out following thread:

https://community.nxp.com/t5/MPC5xxx/Which-programmer-should-I-choose-for-MPC5744/m-p/609038

Hello. Today I got a custom pcb with mpc5602p on board for making new firmware. I am freshman in this series of MCU. I googled only CodeWarrior IDE and PE multilink debugger for this. Before I have experience with Freescale KEA series, STM32, TI Tiva C. I have segger j-link for debugging and flashing. Unfortunately, I can't buy evaluation kit or PE multilink for it. Is it possible to debug or just flash using segger j-link? Or is exist any other not expensive way to work with it?
