      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am using microcontroller mpc5606b&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have the noticed that the chip becomes very hot when i connect it with the usb cable to laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does it mean that the microcontroller is expired now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;jumpers J19 and J20 should be set to position 2-3 (VSSA/VDDA). The schematic is universal for 5604B and 5605/6/7B. In case of 144pin package, the only difference is that pins 81 and 82 are used as GPIO on 5604B but there are VSSA/VDDA supply rails on 5605/6/7B. The jumpers are used for configuration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The rest of jumpers is OK. I would just recommend to put the SBC chip into debug mode to avoid possible issues. Follow standard ESD rules.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Be careful when external components are connected to the board. Keep external signals within current and voltage specs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You shared too little details about previous usage of the board, so I'm not really able to say why the board has been damaged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lukas&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
