Do you have an example or real values for the fields PART ID 1 H/L and PART ID2 of the Test flash memory of MPC5643L ?

Hi, I would guess it is only related to KGD (Known Good Die). As all KGD references has been removed, apparently it is not a option and these field don't need to be programmed in the factory.

So, these fields should be also removed from the last MPC5643LRM Rev10, Table 23-24. Test flash information.
