Hi ,

We have face issue RESET Pin is Pulled low always @10K Pull up Resistor.

Pull up resistor we modified 4k7 and 3k3 values still it is pull low.there after 100E resistor used for pull up

now RESET Pin Voltage is 0.7V. What is the actual current need RESET Pin during Power on restet and debugging mode. Data sheet defined 15mA. 3.3V and 100E pull up resistor is sufficient still voltage drop persist.

any recommendation is need for RESET Pin.

Hi,

Both RESET_B and EXT_POR_B are open drain, active low, bidirectional pins with internal weak pull down resistors. An external 4.7 kΩ - 10 kΩ pull up resistor should be added to these pins. A simplified diagram of RESET_B and EXT_POR_B is shown below.
