MPC5777M DMAMUX source slot mapping

Could anybody provide the MPC5777M DMAMUX source slot mapping? This information is missing in the MPC5777M Reference Manual. Where could I find it?

In chapter 25.3.1 (from MPC5777M Reference Manual) the Channel Configuration register (DMAMUX_CHCFGn) contains a field called SOURCE specifing which DMA source (slot), if any, is routed to a particular DMA channel. See the chip-specific DMAMUX information for details about the peripherals and their slot numbers. But this information I did not find anywhere.
