      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if there is logic 0 on reset line immediately after power on reset, this could be caused for example by double bit ECC error in HSM flash area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check the thread below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A _jive_internal="true" class="link-titled" href="https://community.nxp.com/message/973294?commentID=973294#comment-973294" title="https://community.nxp.com/message/973294?commentID=973294#comment-973294"&gt;https://community.nxp.com/message/973294?commentID=973294#comment-973294&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can see some reset toggling immediately after power on reset, these chips can be accessed again for example by PeMicro Universal Multilink or Lauterbach debugger.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Martin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
