Use CYCLONE programming spc5746c problem

Customer Programming the code into SPC5746c use CYCLONE，Programming 500 chips, but 20 failed to program，and the chip can not burn again.I tested the failed chips and found their reset feet were low.So I want to know generally what causes spc5746c in reset,and how to solve this problem？

Hello,

if there is logic 0 on reset line immediately after power on reset, this could be caused for example by double bit ECC error in HSM flash area.

If you can see some reset toggling immediately after power on reset, these chips can be accessed again for example by PeMicro Universal Multilink or Lauterbach debugger.
