C static library projects support

Dear MCUXpresso for VSCode team,

Should MCUXpresso for VSCode support importing MCUXpresso C static library projects?

I am trying to import my MCUXpresso C static library project with Import Project in MCUXpresso for VSCode and I am getting this error:

"Error: There are no valid build configurations for this MCUXpresso IDE project: The 'Debug' build configuration will be excluded from conversion since the name of the linker script file could not be obtained. The 'Release' build configuration will be excluded from conversion since the name of the linker script file could not be obtained.”

Project converter for static library projects is not supported now.

It is planed in a future release.
