FRDM i.MX 8M plus - MCUXpresso (M7) ?

Hi,

I have one of these boards here and am trying to work out how to use the M7?

There doesn't seem to be a Sdk available in the Sdk builder, only for the EVK boards.

Am I missing something obvious.

Thank you for contacting NXP Support.

At this time, MCUXpresso SDKs are not available specifically for FRDM boards.
However, for development purposes, you can use the corresponding EVK SDKs as an alternative:

i.MX 8M Plus FRDM → Use the i.MX 8M Plus EVK SDK
i.MX93 FRDM → Use the i.MX93 EVK SDK

The FRDM and EVK boards share the same core SoC, connections, and peripheral configurations, which allows the EVK SDKs to work without issues on the FRDM platforms.
