In section 2.2 and 2.5,

for example, when we develop software with outsource, we can not share SDK ?

"outsource" means software development company in other city or nation.

Or, can I share to outsource some source code with BSD-3-Clause.

for example, can I share part of SDK package "SDK_Peripheral_Driver " to outsource.
