      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suggest you start browsing the User Guide. There are sections describing how to import an SDK, how to import an example project from an SDK and also how to build and debug (implicitly "downloads" program to target). There's also a GUI Flash Tool that's quite handy.&lt;/P&gt;
