Cannot end debug session on LPC54016

Whenever I start a debug session on my LPC54016 board using an LPC-Link 2 interface I can't restart the debug session until I restart MCUXpresso, I simply get the error:

There is already a running debug session for the launch configuration '[config name removed]'.

I've looked through previous threads and I've used the 'Clean Up Debug' button to no effect. I have no option to terminate the debug session, and Relaunch also fails with the same error. This is highly repeatable and makes debugging practically unusable.

My config options are attached, along with the Console List when this problem is occurring.

Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS

MCUXpresso IDE v11.6.1 [Build 8255] [2022-10-03]

LPC54016 SDK 2.9.0 (435 2021-01-15)
